We loved how Andrew was so responsive to our inquiries. The place couldn’t have been in a better location. It was within walking distance to many shops and great restaurants. We highly recommend this place and look forward to our next visit to Dallas.

First off, Andrew is a great host, always responsive and polite. He helped me with anything I needed and checked in to make sure my stay was to my liking. The location is top tier as you are close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and the nightlife on Broadway. The unit itself is spacious, clean, and will feel like home if you stay long enough. I was very pleased with the size of the bathroom and closet as well as the kitchen area. If I was to return to Nashville, I know I would book this unit again!

Andrew's home felt like home and was great. Great location, surrounded by tons of places to eat. Walking distance from Broadway. Andrew was always responsive and handled anything that came up professional and with care. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Gorgeous apartment in an Excellent location! The common areas are gorgeous and very convenient. The apartment is well-stocked; an abundance of linens, cleaning supplies, kitchenware, etc. it had everything I needed and more.

Loved my stay at Andrew’s apartment. Was here for a 4 month work assignment and the space was perfect (and so clean!) and had everything I needed to work and relax. Great location near West Village. Andrew was an excellent host and very responsive for any questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short or long term rental in the area!

Andrew is a concierge level host. Very responsive and friendly. The building’s a gem, neighborhood’s full of great coffee, dog parks, and enough charm to make you consider moving in. Clean and comfy10/10 would crash here again

I stayed for 2 months whilst working in Nashville and this was an ideal apartment in close proximity to office and entertainment. Great facilities inside the apartment building. Only minor issues was the noise from Broadway that can be disturbing in the night. Andrew was fast to respond to any queries.

ik verbleef ongeveer 6 maanden in het appartement. De voorzieningen waren uitstekend, het appartement zelf met de keuken, badkamer en woonkamer waren uitstekend. Goede internet en TV. Ook in het gebouw zelf was op de 8e verdieping de gym en een openbare ruimte om te relaxen en te zwemmen. Op de hoogste verdieping een lounge om te werken en mooi uitzicht. Parkeren is ook inbegrepen en werkt handig met de pas. De locatie is perfect. Het is aan Broadway en dicht bij het centrum en toch ben je snel de stad uit (ivm werk bijv.). WholeFoods zit beneden om boodschappen te doen. Andrew is een hele goede host. Hij reageert heel snel en super behulpzaam. Mocht ik weer in Nashville moeten zijn voor mijn werk zal ik het appartement weer boeken!
